- Choose an exercise routine that you enjoy doing or you will not do it in the long run
- Increase your activity daily in simple ways, keep moving your body.
By creating good habits that are achievable you are laying the groundwork for beginning to live a healthier lifestyle that will ensure you feeling your best.
