PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPES

Peach Smoothie

2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Shake

1 scoop Arbonne Daily Fiber Boost

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup unsweetened peaches

1 banana

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

4-6 ice cubes, blend until smooth

BERRY Smoothie

2 scoops Arbonne Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

1 scoop Arbonne Daily Fiber Boost

7 oz. water

4–6 ice cubes

1 cup mixed frozen berries (or substitute with 1 cup of your favorite berry)

½ cup non-fat plain yogurt

Blend until smooth.
