Feed your body with healthy foods that provides it good fuel and you will definately notice the benefits. Eating healthy is much better than eating junk food and feeling the negative effects after the initial enjoyment has passed. Such habits cause you to desire more food and are not healthy for your body. Avocados, Broccoli Brussels sprouts, Carrots Cauliflower Cucumbers, Eggplant. Garlic, Green beans, Onions, Peas, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes Tomatoes, Almond milk, Cottage cheese, low fat yogurt.
