Aromatherapy can impact your health, lifestyle in positive ways by using essential oils. No medicines, no pills and no doctors. Natural alternatives to complement medicines, essential oils can be used by a mother who desires natural care for her family, the athlete who needs relief from aching muscles, the environmental conscious person who avoids harmful chemicals or the stressed out executive who needs to unwind. Many people do not visit the doctor until they really need them and prefer to try home remedies. Aromatherapy is not used as a replacement for medical/surgical treatment or diagnosis. It’s a complementary therapy which can assist your body during the healing process and make you feel good. It embraces holistic healing through improving your lifestyle using natural and botanical medicine.
