Thanksgiving, a beautiful holiday and a fun time to spend with family and friends. Traditionally Thanksgiving Day involves millions of people gathering together to watch the Macy’s Parade, cheer for their favorite football teams, and enjoy a bountiful feast full of seasonal goodies. It’s an official American holiday which always falls on the fourth Thursday in November and just happens to be one of my favorite times of the year to be with my family.
The spirit of the holiday ought to be celebrated daily. Doing so allows for focused reflection as you to look back and see just how great life has been to you. Gratitude helps us to endure the hard times in life and appreciate the things we have. Gratitude allows us to be in the now. The daily practice of being grateful helps to improve your life and health by magnifying the best in life, thereby allowing us to enjoy what we’ve built even more. So make it a habit to extend the Thanksgiving spirit by taking time each day to be grateful for your life and family as you create the lifestyle that you desire. Wishing you and your entire family a wonderful holiday.
